Shipping Policy
Each product is made per order so please allow patience of 3-5 business days for your order to ship.

There is free shipping on orders more than $50 in the United States. Orders beneath $50 are based on weight of the products.
Orders outside of the U.S. are of extra shipping fees and is estimated through USPS.

Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we will be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was delivered, and we'll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

Refunds are only eligible for products not used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

Returns only accepted of products purchased from livingigt.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.

After 30 days, if the product has not been used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days.
